The target salary range for this position is $66,500 to $88,700 annually . The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.

Your Impact as a Pension Administration Lead Systems QA Analyst
As a Pension Administration Lead Systems QA Analyst, the qualified candidate will join a small team of highly technical colleagues. The team develops and supports the underlying proprietary software solutions that provide defined benefit administrative services to over 300 clients. This position is unique in that as part of a small team, the qualified candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of our software in a short amount of time, and quickly have opportunities for ownership and autonomy. Our team also works closely with the business and end users who serve our clients, so the candidate will have opportunities to enhance broader business knowledge and perspective.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and build an understanding of our proprietary software solutions as an end user
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with software systems collaborating with different resources (technical and non-technical)
- Work with a team in executing regression test plans on release days (web systems and mobile app)
- Review new sites to ensure they are set up correctly and meet our business requirements
- Participate in creating requirements and testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Create and review documentation associated with software platforms and for occasional one-off projects
In addition to the basic responsibilities above, this role may also provide other opportunities such as crafting project plans and timelines, consulting directly with users, coordinating with resources outside of the team, as well as managing ongoing processes and/or one-off projects.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree
- A demonstrated ability with at least 3 years of experience working with technology solutions
- Proven analytical skills, good organization, ability to effectively communicate, and time management
- Experience with writing requiremets preferred
- Testing experience preferred
