The Position: Pediatric Field RN
The Coordinator of Care is a Registered Professional Nurse who will manage all aspects of patient care related to services provided in the home.

Requirements:
- NYS RN License
- Experience with pediatric cases is plus
- Must have at least 2 years RN experience
- Excellent verbal, written & communications skills
