We are an expanding, high energy, multi-discipline rehabilitation facility, with locations in Oakland, Wayne, Fair Lawn, and Closter NJ, looking for an outstanding person to join our team! Our purpose is to help as many people possible to regain their health and active life through state-of-the-art rehabilitation — including Physical Therapy, Non-Surgical Herniated Disc Treatment, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture and more!

Our Patient Coordinator/Receptionist position ensures all patients receive the highest quality of customer service and hospitality while in our office. This position keeps the office schedule running smoothly and handles all aspects of administrative duties in the reception area including, but not limited to a high standard of patient interaction, appointment coordination, a high volume phone system with training, and always maintaining a five star experience for our patients.
