Patient Care Coordinator Job at Dermatology Center of Atlanta
Dermatology Center of Atlanta, an established and well-respected medical and cosmetic dermatology practice located in Johns Creek, GA, is currently looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator for our Advanced SkinCare center, the aesthetic side of Dermatology Center of Atlanta.
We are looking for a highly professional candidate with experience with high-end clients in a retail, medspa or medical setting. Check-in, check-out and/or scheduling experience is required. The right candidate will be able embrace and represent our brand of excellent customer service and clear, thorough patient education. Must be able to work well and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine interest in cosmetic dermatology.

Responsibilities include:
* Check-In patients and ensure appropriate demographics are entered correctly in our practice management system (Intergy/Clearwave).
*Collect cosmetic fees and enter charges and adjustments into our practice management system.
*Accurately schedule appointments and follow-ups.
*Balance daily journal of transactions.
*Provide patients outstanding education and assist patients in selecting aesthetic procedures and skin care products.
*Assist with numbing patients prior to procedures.
*Excellent phone presence and highest-level customer service skills are imperative.
*Able to communicate office and financial policies.
*Familiar with HIPAA Privacy and Security Standards.
*Other administrative duties, as assigned.
*Opportunity to cross-train to other front office positions, if desired.
Pay is excellent and based on experience. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K, complimentary cosmetic services and generous employee discounts. No nights or weekends.
