What we're looking for in a Pastry Lead candidate:

The Lead Pastry Cook provides support to the Pastry Chef, Chef de Cuisines, and Sous Chefs through guidelines, instructions and accountability for all pastry production and plating. As a lead pastry cook, we expect you to accurately and efficiently prepare the items on the dessert menu in addition to any other product prescribed by the Pastry Chef.
