Parts Coordinator Job at Contract Manufacturer Llc
Job summary
Scope:
Receives orders from front desk and coordinates the pulling of parts for all orders according to paperwork, receiving, stocking and distribution functions to accurately and efficiently control out going inventory requested.
- Maintains all paperwork to accurately account for all material as accounted for in computerized data base, inventory counts, and receivers.
Job Duties:
- Pull parts from plants warehouse
- Package, crate and load parts
- Track raw parts between facilities
- Take parts orders from clients over the phone and email correspondence
Minimum Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to read and use a measuring tape
- Previous power tool experience is beneficial
- Ability to lift, or assist in lifting packages up to 45lbs
- Forklift operating experience is a plus.
