Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor partner channels daily

Act as a liaison between the partner and all internal departments

Learn and operate the Tradefull platform

Manage orders in the Tradefull platform

Contact partners across all channels of communication

Manage partner requests within the ticketing system

Manage partner projects to assist department goals and objectives

Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of company-used software

Work to resolve escalated issues internally

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Education & Experience
Required Education and Experience:
Level 3: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Some college or college degree is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Ability to work independently in a deadline-sensitive environment.
E-commerce experience is preferred but not essential.
