What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team. We are looking for a Cloud Partner Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building out our relationships with key Cloud partners like AWS and Azure to support our go-to-market strategy. We are looking for a solution/platform-oriented individual to manage multiple processes between different stakeholders, a Partnership mastermind ready to take on the biggest challenges in the booming and ever-growing cloud environment.
This is a quota-carrying account management role working exclusively on developing and managing successful Cloud partnerships with AWS and Azure and driving opportunities and revenue through these partnerships. What you will be doing :
- As a Cloud Partner Manager, you will have 360 degree ownership driving partner relationships from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market and so much more
- You will identify key stakeholders and business units within the Cloud partner; carrying out education, alignment and business development activities to develop joint pipeline
- You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert on cloud partners, and their marketplaces, in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME / consultant for Cloud within Contentstack’s GSO
- You will identify opportunities to build out joint solutions with the Cloud partner and other technologies and solution partners; taking ownership for building these out into GTM initiatives to develop pipeline and revenue
- You adapt to a diverse work environment and work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relations, service, and customer success stories
- Provide guidance and strategic advice to our partners, clients, and account teams around cloud partner growth strategies to deliver best-in-class cloud solutions
- You will develop the sales pipeline together with your Cloud partners and ensure global growth in the process
- Attend AWS and Azure partner events as necessary to build relationships and promote partner growth opportunity
- Managing day to day relationships with the cloud partners
- Manage all of the administrative activities related to the partnerships
- Create and execute against a sound go to market strategy
- You track your performance goals through OKR’s, KPI’s and quotas
What really gets us excited about you:
- You have 5+ years in partner management
- You have 3+ years experience working with and driving successful partnerships with Cloud partners, AWS and Azure experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics
- You are a born networker and are well connected at all levels
- You have solid prior knowledge of various Cloud platforms
- You have experience deploying, promoting and managing SaaS offerings with at least one Cloud Marketplace
- You are communicative, looking for growth and generating pipeline
- Your way of working is independent and results-oriented, you also like to initiate change and think strategically within cross-functional teams
- As a real team player thriving on building strong collaboration with cross-business teams; you like to keep a lot of balls in the air
- You have a strong and positive presence, are a master in communication
- Hold responsibility for partner and Contentstack mutual success
- Some travel may be required
Base salary for this role is between $130,000 - $180,000 plus variables based on skillset and experience.
