Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it. We’re seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive cross-business initiatives and the adoption of Apple Services. This role will guide the development of best-in-class marketing communications that promote Apple Services and shape how Apple shows up within our partners' physical and digital environments. This role will work with external partners to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive usage and engagement with new and existing customers. This role requires extensive collaboration across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners. This role should have a deep passion and understanding for our brand, our vision and objectives, and the customer experience!
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of marketing with direct experience across partnerships within entertainment or technology brands
- Ability to develop productive and positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to knit together disparate sources of information into a strong strategic narrative
- Project management experience with the ability to anticipate needs of the team and take initiative
- Services and/or subscription marketing experience
- Superb communication, presentation and authentic storytelling skills
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence teams across Apple
- Self-starter and multi-tasker with the ability to work autonomously
- Think and plan strategically, then follow through to execution with attention to quality and details
- Results-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity and change
Description
This role will work with external partners to develop marketing strategies for the short, mid & long term that expands adoption of Apple Services and drive ongoing engagement for efficient retention. You will identify and develop partner strategies and communication plans, including advertising, digital channels and owned marketing channels for both in-store and online. You will work collaboratively within internal Marcom teams, wider internal Sales and Business Development teams, developing in depth understanding of the partner’s brand and the local market to help drive an innovative partner strategy and marketing communications for Apple services. Leading all aspects of partnership timelines and workflow, keeping internal and external teams aligned throughout partnership execution through written and verbal communication as well as building trackers and presentations for internal reporting. Review partnership deal points and oversee contract process, leading communication with partners to ensure all deliverables are approved and implemented in accordance with partnership timeline. Capturing and analyzing post-promotion metrics to measure success and identify key takeaways to share out with internal teams.
Education & Experience
BA/BS, MS/MA/MBA preferred
