The Partner Due Diligence Analyst will be primarily responsible for responding to due diligence requests received from PayPal’s merchants and financial partners. The right candidate must have a hands-on approach, strong management skills and attention to detail and organization.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Complete Partner due diligence questionnaires received from PayPal’s merchants and financial partners.
• Facilitate information sharing meetings with Partners
• Manage a library of responses that can be used as needed
• Ensure appropriate tracking and documentation for all Partner requests
• Manage key relationships with third party managers and subject matter experts
• Ensure that playbooks and procedures are established and maintained for handling Partner requests
• Train new team members on the process for handling due diligence requests
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements – Basic Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience operating in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Risk and Compliance functions is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in an innovative manner
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
