PRIMARY FUNCTION:
As a Club Access Specialist, your are the first point of contact for our kids and parents entering the club. Your cheerful personality and brilliant smile sets the tone for an afternoon of fun learning and enjoyment. Also responsible for the management of member attendance and records, data entry, money management, membership program participation, and reporting.

- Address and Welcome Visitors with Courtesy and Respect
Program Development And Implementation
- Enter and maintain Records for Membership Intake
- Intake Membership Monies Following all Procedures
- Enter and Maintain Membership Program Participation Records
Teamwork
- Ensure A Productive Work Environment by Developing an Attitude of Togetherness
- Maintain Open Communications with Members of the Team.
- Provide Leadership in all Areas of the Branch Operations
- Assist With Reporting and Purchase Orders.
Technology
- Update And Maintain Skills In Use Of Current Technology And Information Management Systems
- Partnership Development
- Contribute To Developing Partnerships With Parents And Families
Marketing And Public Relations
- Contribute To Developing And Maintaining Public Relations
- Answer the Telephone and Address Caller Appropriately by the Third Ring
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
May participate in special programs and/or events. Will be ask to do other duties as assigned.

Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/ instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
External: Maintains and share with immediate supervisor contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems.
Requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in working with youth.
- Knowledge of youth development.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
- Ability to deal with the general public.
- Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth.
- Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.
- Valid State Drivers License.
- COVID-19 Vaccination strongly recommended.
