Job Description
We are currently seeking Palletizer/Forklift Operators to join our team in our Stanwood facility.
Schedule: 6 PM to 6:30 AM, nights, 12-hour shifts, rotating 3-4 days/week, 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $ 26.50/ hour
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Adhere to all forklift safety guidelines
• Ensure quality product is produced off the production line and sent to customer
• Troubleshoot equipment problems, make basic repairs and document centerline adjustments
• Validate inventory End of Line bins and ensure all pallets are scanned to the appropriate bin locations
• Start and Stop DMO daily PO’s as required
• Accurately executes loading/unloading from pick ticket
• Line load trailers as required following all load patterns
• Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (AI/UPS and PPLH)
• Perform accurate bin transactions per warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Work as a team with other operators to eliminate unnecessary line stoppages
• Operate SAP EWM based computer systems
• Conduct all PM’s and maintenance on support equipment as required
• Perform equipment changeovers as required per the production schedule
• Participate in team functions as required and supports NCE
• Positive attitude with a strong attendance record
• All other duties assigned Qualifications

Key qualifications include :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years previous forklift experience preferred
• Computer navigation skills, strong SAP EWM knowledge preferred
• Works well with others in a high-speed team environment
• Ability to operate a forklift following all safety rules and guidelines
• Positive attitude, strong attendance record and the ability to train other on job duties
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time, bend, stoop, climb stairs and lift at least 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the day
• Able and willing to work 12 hours shifts including the potential for nights, weekends and holidays
• Must meet all requirements of job posting guidelines
