The Retreat at Seven Trails, a 532-unit property, located in Ballwin is seeking an experienced PAINTER to immediately join our team. ** WHAT WE NEED **
- Must be experienced with brush, roll, and spray type of painting techniques (6+ months minimum required)
- Dry walling experience
- General carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
** WHAT YOU NEED **
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Prepares surfaces for Painting/Staining
- Drywall repair & texture
- Light carpentry
- Caulking, replacing fixtures or outlet covers, adding trim for aesthetic purposes
- Responsible for keeping Painting/Staining supply inventory as well as paint inventory for the property
- May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
