BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish the difference between colors.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
• High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).

Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers with all product lines and services
• Assist customers in a professional and timely manner upon their entering the store
• Adaptable problem solver; self-motivated learner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Determine customer’s needs by asking questions and listening to the customer’s responses
• Increase stores sales through suggestively selling processes
• Actively participate in all provided training programs offered by the company
• Complete daily store activities including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, deliveries, etc.
• Professional appearance, strong attendance records, and on-time work arrivals are required
• Complete daily store housekeeping responsibilities as instructed by the store manager

The primary responsibility for the Inside Paint Sales Representative position is to provide superior service to all customers entering the store.
