This position is responsible for the following:
- Help Manage all employees under the direction of the Pack line Production Supervisor
- Fill in for the Pack line Supervisor in his/her absence
- Trains workers in operation of equipment and standards of Halperns’ Steak and Seafood.
- Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.
- Help oversee and direct staff
- Ensures all team members are using all proper PPE
- Enforce company policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 + years of USDA production experience
- Proficient in yield management
- Basic computer knowledge/skills
You are required to provide your most recent employment experience for your application to be considered complete.
