Overnight Shift Supervisor Job at Waffle House

Responsibilities:
Daily shift production and service operations
Waffle House Safety, Security, and Emergency procedures understanding and implementation
Food Safety systems and standards understanding and implementation
Knowledge and implementation of Full House, House Rules, and Back of House Rules
Knowledge of Waffle House menu
Customer engagement with a focus in questions and requests as high importance
Deliver effective coaching to hourly staff with high energy
Drive Waffle House Sanitation Calendar
Offer a friendly ‘hello’, ‘thank you’, and ‘goodbye’ to customers and invite them to return with friends and family
What we’re looking for:
Leadership skills, Reliability, Friendly Customer and Associate interaction, Attention to Detail, Active Listening, and Diligence.
Schedule:
Set schedule either Wednesday – Saturday or Friday – Monday. Tuesdays every other week. (Guaranteed OT 10hrs every other week)
3rd Shift hours 9pm – 7am (10 hours)

Starting pay $15.50/hour. $17.50/hour plus bonuses after completion of Grill Operator training and attainment of Master or Rockstar GO rank
