PhysioX is a new cash-based physical therapy practice with tastefully inspired modern design located in Needham, MA. It is owned and operated by a DPT who is pushing back against the traditional insurance-based PT model and wants to create a drastically different experience for patients. We are looking for a full time Physical Therapist (PT) who is aligned with our mission to join our team! Our Treatment Style/Philosophy:

• We conduct 1-on-1 treatments in private treatment rooms with no overlap so you can build close relationships with your patients.
• We believe in a holistic approach grounded on the belief that everything in the body is interconnected and even our emotional well-being has strong ties to our physical body
• We deliver our exercise prescription through an easily accessible app, which utilizes video instead of paper printouts
• We keep our patients accountable for their own progress by checking in with them in between visits

Our Mentorship & Continuing Education

• Weekly one-on-one mentorship with our Head PT to learn our specific treatment paradigm that had helped hundreds of complex patients get results even after failing multiple conservative treatment attempts
• Annual allowance for continued education credits
• One-on-one time with our Head PT to go over complex cases

Compensation & Benefits

• We strongly value the work of talented PTs, so we offer a competitive base salary with a bonus pay structure that reaches above $120,000/year with a full-time schedule
• Benefits include continued education reimbursements, PTOs and health insurance.
• The full compensation & benefit package is negotiated at the time of the job offering. We will sit down with you to discuss a competitive compensation package that makes sense for your specific situation

Schedule & Average Hours Per Week

• Expectation to reach 25-32 patient hours per week
• Once full time, our staff PTs have the freedom create their own schedule as they see fit for their lifestyle

Requirements:

• Maintain current and valid MA PT license
• At least one year of orthopedic physical therapy experience
• Background in personal training or coaching preferred
• Must align with the PhysioX mission and values
