About this role:
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is directly involved with the design and implementation of key organizational development components, including new employee and manager orientation and functional onboarding, leadership development and succession planning, continuous performance management, curriculum development and delivery, and collaborative strategic planning.
What you bring to the table:
Education
- College degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or closely related field; or related experience required.
- Master Degree Industrial Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources field with emphasis on Organizational Development.
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint required.
Licenses/Certifications
- None required
- Lead the development and deployment of a “Day 1”orientation and onboarding curriculum for new Home Office (HO) leadership employees.
- Manage and facilitate quarterly New Leader Orientation for new leaders across the enterprise
- Deploy competency-based position profile job analysis process, as a part of the strategic plan execution engine.
- Ensures required materials and communications for OD hosted leadership development events are organized, produced and delivered per expectations.
- Provides development of and materials production and communications tools and support for:
- Miscellaneous survey development for internal clients
- Development of competency-based position profiles, corresponding behavior-based interview guides and recruiter communication tools
- Enterprise-wide onboarding rollout
- Succession planning initiative
