Order Entry Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Determine and accurately identify parts requested
• Create or update part numbers using predefined procedures
• Create and modify purchase orders
• Enter orders on manufactures portals
• Review and update open purchase orders
• Create special order parts on dealership computer system and notify appropriate personnel
• Review and update special orders

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; Industry experience not required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong computer and data entry skills. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Compensation

Compensation is hourly $ 16 - $20
