Florida Eye Microsurgical Institute, Inc., with offices in beautiful Palm Beach County, is one of the largest and most respected eye care practices in Florida. We are seeking energetic individuals with mature attitudes to fill the role of ophthalmic technicians in our offices located in Boynton Beach, Wellington and Boca Raton. This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced, capable person with a dedicated attitude who seeks a fast-paced environment in a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice.
Summary Job Description:
- Working up patient for doctors
- Performing testing procedures (e.g. visual fields, OCT, Fundus Photos, etc.)
- Refractions
- Fluorescein Angiography & ICG skills. (Not required)
Requirements: High School graduation or equivalent with excellent communication (both written and spoken), customer service and computer skills (Nextech's ICP/MDI a +). Must have a pleasant personality and exemplary patient care skills ! Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
