JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Operations Team. The core responsibilities of an Operations Supervisor are management of staff assigned. Ensure all inbound calls are answered with in existing guidelines. Ensure all outbound calls are made per existing guidelines. Ability to coach or take over calls requiring assistance. Ensure the highest level of collections is performed by Team. Staff counseling and continued development. Ensure Service Level agreement goals are met and or exceeded. This position requires the ability to work independently, strategic planning, accomplish goals, excellent customer service and communication skills, creativity, patience, and flexibility. Operations Supervisor reports to the department Manager.

REPSONSIBLITIES FOR OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR, INSURANCE SERVICES
Core responsibilities include, but not limited to the items listed below:
Statistical Reporting
- Generates/compiles production reports
- Generates/compiles account receivable reports
- Generates/compiles employee personnel reports
- Coaches and mentors team members
- Participates in hiring of qualified, competent personnel
- Completes regular reviews of staff timely
- Models and reinforces leadership/ethical behavior in self and others
- Train team members
- Achievement of revenue goals
- Ensure a constant increase in Money Cell- PTPs. PPAs & SIFs
- Maintain daily collector production within guidelines
- Provide patient friendly customer service
- Assist & resolve patient inquiries/requests in 24-hour period
- Rebills performed within 24-48hours
- Ensure new assignments worked with in guidelines
- Insurance follow up within guidelines
- Monitor & create a strategy to eliminate 30 day no activity
- Review, interpret patient statements, balance and client contractual terms/agreements
- Obtain supporting documentation regarding patient/client follow-up efforts
- Support senior leadership decisions and processes providing constructive feedback
- Remain current on client issues, resolution and communicate as necessary
- Track and determine appropriate supporting documentation for all follow-up/collection activity
- Identify contractual & administrative adjustments
- Active call listening, call barge as necessary and quality monitoring of personnel
- Resolve complaints on escalated level
- Account review and documentation when appropriate

- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years previous work experience as an Operations Supervisor
- Must have full understanding of Operations, FDCPA, HIPAA, insurance follow-up processes (i.e. Billing, Collections, Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Practices), and well developed inter-personal skills.
