Location: Nashville, TN

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 5:00pm

Salary and Benefits: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. A robust benefits package including 3 weeks of paid time off and 8 paid holidays in the first year, merit increase eligible twice annually!

Purpose & Summary: The primary duty of this position is to act as a working Supervisor in our ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) business unit. Major responsibilities are to supervise a group of ITAD Technicians, maintain the production plan, write performance evaluations, and handle day to day shop duties while assisting in the production of the division. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Supervision of a work group
• General ITAD Support work
• Performance Management
• Execution of development plan for team members
• Act as a resource and support problem solving by our team members
• Forklift operation

Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration as the ITAD Operations Supervisor, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of previous leadership experience. Associate's Degree in Management or related field is preferred; however, we will also consider applicants with relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Additional qualifications include:

• Scheduling and work assignment
• Strong problem solving
• High level of integrity
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic computer skills
• Hand tool usage

• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Adapt in a work environment with frequent change
• Multi-tasking – Ability to prioritize projects effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
