This is an office-based, on-site position.

What You Will Do:
In this role, you are the backbone of our Operations Team supporting many of the areas that are vital to our business operations. You will also work closely with our customers to gather details that are critical to the projects that we work on. You will:
- Work closely with customers to gather project details such as permitting, maps and other items
- Collaborate with operations team leaders, quality control, warehouse, and other field staff
- Coordinate all project invoicing, scheduling, bid processing, and insurance procurement
- Plan and prioritize operations tasks to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign staff to service operations by scheduling work in operations software
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Proactively address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption to the business
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Organize and maintain all paperwork
- Order all products and supplies, maintaining inventory, run company-related errands
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Hold a college degree in business or related field, preferred
- Have strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships with our private and municipal clients
- Have strong attention to detail and deadlines, being proactive to ensure we are on time with orders, billing, inventory, scheduling, projects, etc.
- Have strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability and willingness to learn our internal programs and databases
- Have basic knowledge of sales tax calculations and solid math skills
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment independently
- Are willing and able to drive as needed for company-related errands
- Have a valid driver's license
