Thriving in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment, the Operations Programs Coordinator will help lead the charge in optimizing operations processes and focus on cross-departmental collaboration and formal project management best practices to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Programs Coordinator will interface with internal team members, external partners, and customers to support operations initiatives and market expansion efforts. This role plays an instrumental part in bringing clean, affordable, and modern energy to the world.
Helps Soligent make a positive impact by:
- Supporting the VP of Operations with key strategic program development and execution
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to help drive us toward the goal of being a data-driven organization
- Developing and implementing operational SOPs across all locations, WMS/TMS upgrades and enhancements, DC KPI development and implementation, DC budget development, tracking and reporting, monthly DC performance reporting, fleet reporting, and other key project objectives
- Improving program efficiency and speed to market for our products and services
- Creating and publishing program management updates, KPI's and analysis
- Supporting leadership and department to meet and exceed goals by maintaining project documentation, following best practices, and tracking metrics
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis; identifying escalation issues and communicating them appropriately
- Providing administrative assistance and support to key leaders within Supply Chain
- Performing other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills/Proficiencies: The Operations Programs Coordinator will have the following skills:
- Strong formal project management and data analysis skills.
- Attention to detail and an excellent sense of urgency. Must be a self-starter.
- Broad experience with DC operations, transportation, and WMS/TMS best practices and metrics.
- NetSuite and WMS/TMS experience preferred
- LEAN implementation experience preferred
- Experience with analytics and report development, data warehousing, etc
- Excellent communication skills, good design sense, and a creative outlook
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Flexibility and innovation as a team player
- Be people and solution-oriented with good technical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the end-user on the network
- Willingness to learn new systems and ways of accomplishing goals
- Able to take the initiative to drive results with minimal supervision
Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $40,000 - $60,000 and for a candidate in NYC is expected to be between $40,000 - $60,000, but may be higher or lower in other States due to geographic differentials in the labor market.
