This role is responsible for supporting and sustaining the Back Office Management Operating System (MOS). Champion the MOS throughout multiple Business Units, supporting a culture of servant leadership and continuous improvement.
PRIMARY FIUNCTIONS
Review data from MOS tools and provide mentoring and coaching to all levels of leadership
Examine MOS adoption progress and give timely, effective feedback
Effectively partner with matrix partners to ensure the MOS tools continue to evolve based on changing business needs and priorities
Analyze data in a clear and comprehensive manner
Create focused coaching plans based off of trend
Remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
Identify changes and aid business initiatives that support the MOS
Work closely with Senior Team Members to strategize, develop, and execute on actions and projects
Act as a change leader, exhibiting managerial courage, delivering transparent and accurate messages to leadership
Manage updates to the MOS tool including, creating business requirements, create test scripts, perform testing, facilitating business testing, maintain defects and statuses, managing release schedule and checkout, communicating status, etc.
Promote teamwork to ensure a professional, service-oriented work environment
Champion the Management Operating System awareness throughout the organization, supporting a culture of continuous improvement
Responsible for driving change and influencing individuals at all levels of the organization through these functional responsibilities
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in Operations Management or Contact Center Management required
Experience driving a culture of continuous improvement preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Microsoft Office skills required
Demonstrated skill in influencing others and relating to individuals at all levels within the organization required
Experience with using data to identify trends
Ability to problem solve, manage priorities, and meet deadlines independently
Ability to multi-task, shifting effectively among multiple activities
Ability to deal with ambiguity and embrace change while staying focused on team initiatives
Proven ability to listen, understand and interpret information from others
Track record of effectively driving change through strong partnerships and engagement preferred
Experience working in a blended office, work at home and/or virtual work environment preferred
Ability to travel required (25%)
We expect this role to remain virtual, work from home, and have a regular schedule within Monday through Friday, normal business hours, or as business needs dictate.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,100 - 96,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
