About the Role
This will be a multi-disciplinary role to bring the Mountain View location up and running for SBU Connectivity and SBU Digital Cockpit. This entails all areas of operations from site bookkeeping to inventory, front office management, and supporting HR and IT on all matters related to employee welfare. Additionally, the person will also program manage the Auto One that shall be on display at the Mountain View location including demonstration of all key features and functions of the technologies to potential partners and customers on a regular basis.
What You Will Do

This role will ensure that Harman, Mountain View is seen as the most technologically advanced location for Harman in terms of technology adoption, modern practices of employee and visitor management, and supporting the site’s leadership on various operational matters.

Touches upon Facilities, IT, HR, Engineering, and Logistics Management

Collaborate with other locations to develop a best-in-class infrastructure that can represent Harman as a potential employer in Silicon Valley

Needs to apply Engineering talent alongside Operational Skills and Office Management

Ensures that Automotive Division SBUs employees remain most productive inside and outside the office.

Needs a supremely confident personality to represent Harman in various activities ranging from Operations and Bookkeeping, Logistics, and Inventory Management to supporting the division in some marketing activities from time to time.

Needs to be self-driven, confident, focused, and committed on all matters daily and drive the Harman Silicon Valley culture into the future.
What You Need
-
Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business Management
-
Experience in Logistics and Office Management, Program Management, and Technology Handling at grassroots level
What is Nice to Have
-
Marketing and Sales experience as well as an ability to work internationally would be an asset.
What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic only OR domestic and international travel.

Be willing to work in an office 5 days a week.

Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
