Operations Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs Capital and Inventory Control procedures and related activities according to KBR & Customer Best Practices, Work Instructions, and Policies.
Develops and maintains records on Capital assets, preparing reports, and presenting status.
Manage the detailed list of Capital assets, provided by Honeywell Finance, and maintain a yearly cumulative average of asset verification equaling at least 20% of their gross dollar value of fixed assets per year over a 5 year period.
Manage the tracking of Capital assets using the eQuip asset management system and SAP.
Manage the Inventory process to meet the Honeywell Aerospace Annual Reporting Requirements directed by Finance.
Manage the Inventory, Property Records and Evaluation of any Capital items in the Possession of a Subcontractor, Supplier or other Honeywell facility to assure appropriate handling and reporting of assets.
Report generation, reconciling and reporting of Capital and/or Expense items with the identified Finance personnel to assure accurate and timely reporting and disposition of the site’s assets.
Provide Capital asset record information for the Site Leader and Finance.
Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control procedures are adhered to.
Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments and develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
Able to resolve questions and problems and clearly communicates more complex issues to a higher level of support.
Takes ownership for the accuracy of the prepared and presented information with a high level of attention to detail.
Additional Tasks and Requirements as required may prevail.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
In lieu of formal education, 5 years of directly related experience is preferred.
Must be Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint SAP experience or another ERP system is preferred.
Must be able to work proactively in a Team Environment.
