You should…

· Have a P & W Phase License or be able to obtain them quickly within a certain time requirement as indicated by the State. Pest/termite control experience or similar experience is preferred.

· Be responsible for the location’s P&L.

· Oversee the Sales, Service, and Administrative personnel.

· Implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for your Sales, Service and Administrative team to meet specific KPI goals.

· Drive sales growth in your area via outside sales and PC Route Managers training and management.

· Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership development of others to include field evaluations and addressing coaching and training opportunities.

· Fleet management (regular vehicle inspections and directing maintenance needs)

· Inspire your team to provide the best service, accept constructive feedback, and commit to continuous improvement.

· Recognize and develop talent, recruitment, training, service, customer service, and field management.

· Base salary plus quarterly bonuses up to 50% of your salary. Total earnings potential 1st year of $85,000. Annual performance evaluations to increase your base salary. What will make you successful in this role?

· 3+ years of experience in the service industry in a management positon.

· Experience in service industries such as pest control, plumbing, alarm, heating, cleaning, uniform services, and other route-based similar business models.

· Operational and sales leadership experiences.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, entomology, or a related field is a plus.

· Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

· Ability to pass a drug screening and background check is required.

· Ability to obtain a P phase and W phase license or already have these licenses is required.

· Ability to work in the field independently interacting with field employees and clients.

• Must be able to perform Quality Audits, which involves inspecting crawl spaces and attics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
