Operations Assistant Job at UCLA
The Assistant II will work independently to perform the duties associate with the clerical and administrative services to operations, as well as the maintenance, upkeep of the daily operations, events, activities and the facilities of the school, under the supervision of the UCLA Lab School Director of Operations.

Knowledge of Macintosh computer systems and software.

Ability to operate audio-visual equipment.
Required
Skills and abilities to understand both written and verbal instructions and to prioritize tasks and complete written reports on the status of work assignments.

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students and parents.
Required
Ability to lift and carry equipment, tools, materials and supplies.
Required
Ability to operate and use basic tools and equipment.

Demonstrated ability in creating systems, maintaining records and files as it relates to the operations of the school.
Required
Ability to handle many tasks and prioritize workload and complete projects in a productive and efficient manner.

Maintain requisitions both in computerized and hard copy format, assisting with the preparation of related reports and orders.

Ability to enter information into database and make adjusting entries, while maintaining files and records.
Required
Ability to maintain knowledge of all technical operations of the school and serve as technology support for outreach programs, teacher meetings and presentations.
