Operations Analyst Job at Americor
Credit9 has an opening for a career-minded individual to join our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. Working knowledge of Sequel (SQL) or Python is a plus. The Operations Analyst will report to the Vice President of Credit9 and work closely with numerous business units to deliver reports, analyses, presentations, and business requirements prioritized by senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Create, deliver, and refine business reports on an ad hoc basis
- Research and assist in identifying the root cause of compliance and production deficiencies
- Create business presentations for department and senior leadership
- Assist in creating annual budgets and production forecasting
- Provide support and research assistance with financial modeling
- Documenting business requirements and reporting progress updates
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Excel is an essential requirement
- Working knowledge of Sequel (SQL), Tableau, or Python is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead presentations to small and medium-sized audiences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to concisely communicate with senior leadership
- Capable of interfacing with internal and external managers and executives
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and apply sound judgment
- Ability to grow and develop working relationships with multiple departments
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA is a plus
