Operation HOME! Rapid Rehousing Case Manager Job at HopeLink of Southern Nevada
Bachelors Degree in social work, psychology, human services, education, or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of direct case management experience in Rapid Rehousing or a closely related field. Excellent knowledge of local resources; supportive housing experience with HMIS knowledge preferred.
Provide intensive in home and office case management and family support to a caseload of 20 cases at a time. Must be an independent worker, able to prioritize work needs, multi-task, manage diverse and ever-changing case loads, including keeping up with real time case notes, data entry, and Federal, State, County, and internal reporting. Position reports directly to the Operation HOME! supervisor. Dependable transportation for home visits required, with mileage reimbursed.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
