What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our Desert European Motorcars Campus team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Post certain transaction and reconcile the monthly bank statement
  • Reconcile intercompany reconciliations among related dealerships
  • Reconcile monthly floorplan statements
  • Reconcile finance reserve statements and post monthly adjustments
  • Prepare and file Form 8300 reports as needed
  • Research and post transactions on daily bank statement
  • Assist Dealership Controller with end of month closeout entries
  • Backup certain accounting clerk desks as needed
  • Assist the Dealership Controller in training accounting clerks and overseeing certain schedules designated by the Dealership Controller
  • Serves as supervisor to the accounting staff in absence of the Dealership Controller
  • Other duties may be assigned.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
  • CDK experience preferred
  • Previous automotive experience required
  • Associates Degree in Accounting and/or equal amount of experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Pay range for this role is: $60,000 - $95,000 per year.
