Summary
Serves as office support for the Human Resources Department by maintaining the personnel files and various other office assignments by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned)
- Keep the HR Personnel files current weekly.
- Maintain the HR personnel files, and file room for organizational accuracy.
- Create new hire and term personnel folders.
- Maintain the inventory, organization and cleanliness of the supply and copy rooms.
- Oversee the cleaning of the offices and report any maintenance concerns.
- Verify employment as needed.
- Assists with HR projects as needed.
- Mail correspondence for sick and bereaved weekly.
- Keeping all exposure to HR information confidential at all times.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED and three to six months of related experience and/or training.

- Faithfully serve in one of the ministries of the church in a volunteer capacity.
