ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Here are some of the more specific areas where we need your expertise:
- Answer phone calls, emails and voice messages in a timely manner
- Document all incoming and outgoing call content
- Greet and assist all clients and Team Members
- Assist with New Team Member on-boarding tasks, including collecting employment paperwork, delivering administrative training, and assisting with credentialing and certification activities
- Coordinate expense reimbursements including Team Member mileage, professional development expenses, check requests and payment of all other expenses the division incurs
- Review/audit of payroll hours
- Conversion of scheduled appointment
- Maintain the facility to TBH standards for “look and feel,” including regular organization and light cleaning
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance of the facility, furniture, or equipment
- Manage supply inventory, and reorder supplies within the allotted budget
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred

Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Site Administrator who shares a passion for working amongst the most empathetic, flexible and brightest individuals. In this function you will lead the general office operations and procedures, while creating lasting memories in our center with our families and therapistsThis is a Full Time, position from M-F between the hours of 8AM to 5PM.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
