Our office is under NEW MANAGEMENT since October of 2022 and we are looking at expanding!


GreatFlorida Insurance of Port Saint Lucie is looking to add an organized and efficient Office Administrator to the team. This position will undertake administrative tasks, acting as a supporting role for the office staff. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of prioritizing tasks.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Maintaining operating System
  • Retrieving memos and pending task from Insurance carriers and email, and send notice to insured and/or agents to be worked on as needed
  • Get applications and accords signed, uploaded to operating system and carrier when applicable
  • Help answer calls
  • Assist with policy payment

Requirements
  • No license or prior insurance experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
