Haynes Family of Programs, S.T.A.R. Academy is a California Department of Education approved Non-Public Agency and is currently looking to Partner with the following professionals to provide Supplemental Support and IEP based services in the following areas: Sacramento, El Dorado, Placerville

Summary/Objective:

Our STAR Academy OT is responsible for the delivery of coordinated and collaborative services to the children/clients across various community-based settings.

Essential Functions:

· One on One direct Supplemental Support Services/IEP based services

· Serving students ages 5-22

· Provide in-home services

Required Education and Experience:

• Active, current, and clear registration/license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and/or California Board of Psychology
• Experience working with high-risk children, adolescents, adults, and/or families within a Mental Health, Educational
• Availability to perform services required.
• Bilingual/biliterate in Spanish is highly preferred.

Other requirements:

• Must fulfill all requirements of employment, including but not limited to clearance of all required background records (e.g., Department of Justice, Child Abuse, California Community Care Licensing, County Sanction List, etc.), professional reference checks, physical examination with TB test, and mandatory training.
