Warde Campus in Windham, NH, a 39-bed Assisted Living community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We also have 21 brand new independent living apartments that provide an affordable living option to our community. Warde Senior Living is looking for full time 1st shift - 7 to 3pm Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to work in our Assisted Living Community.
Full time status (30 – 40 hours per week) and Part time status (29 hours or less per week) this position includes working every other weekend. Per diem status (per diem requirement -4 shift a month minimum, 2 out of the 4 days need to be a weekend day)

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) job responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shift
- Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care
- Observe residents frequently during assigned shift to ensure all personal care needs are being met
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
- Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting resident rights and privacy at all times
- Encourage residents to develop and maintain independence and highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living

Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received first dose prior to starting- High school graduate or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program and currently licensed as a Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- Recent clinical experience; long-term care experience preferred
