  • Accountable for the standard of care at the facility, providing consultations and expertise in the delivery of care to the patients.
  • Serve as a clinical and service resource to nursing to nursing staff and other staff as assigned.
  • Supports Chief Nursing Officer and other Nursing administrative Team.
  • Analyze information/situation to choose the best solutions to solve problems.
  • Responsible for recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
  • Identify the educational needs of others and develop educational or training programs.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures for the facility.
  • Prepare report to inform management of the status and implementation of programs, services and quality initiatives of the unit.
  • Provide direct care to patients as needed.
  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Experience

Required
  • 5 - 7 years: 5-7 years working in Behavioral Health setting

Education

Required
  • Bachelors or better in Nursing/Healthcare

Licenses & Certifications
