Rose Villa is seeking a full time Security and Maintenance Technician to join our team!

What You’ll Do: The Security and Maintenance Technician are responsible for a wide variety of preventative and unscheduled maintenance in general building upkeep, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, aquatics, and HVAC systems. A typical shift will include working all over Rose Villa’s 22-acre property, tackling a wide assortment of tasks, and providing a security presence on campus.

This position works four 10-hour shifts from 7:30pm-6:00am.

Wage and benefits:

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour to start depending on experience

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
