New Home Sales Consultant Job at Champion Homes
Titan Factory Direct is seeking passionate, high energy and ambitious New Home Sale Consultant's to join our team! This candidate will work with an experienced Mentor who will train and show you the sales process to ensure that you will be successful in the manufactured home industry. Our training process is ongoing and will have you feeling confident in helping families navigate through the home buying process. Our homes are award-winning floor plans and leave our customers extremely excited and happy. You will have the opportunity to develop existing/new marketing skills and creativity to drive in customers alongside the support of our innovative team; all while helping customers make the biggest decision of their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Engage visitors, establishing a relationship and determine their home buying needs by utilizing the Titan's story.
- Through our internet leads, walk-ins, self-generated or referred leads, sell, process and close homes in accordance with company business plans.
- Develop a creative marketing plan with your mentor/manager to develop a strong lead pull
- Assist new home buyers through the Welcome Home Centers, models, and inventory homes answering questions and providing information about the community and discussing features of the home.
- Provide timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact; the purchase and financing process, through all closing and post-closing activities. Maintain accurate records of all communications during this process.
- Schedule appointments with leads.
- Monitor and record daily customer traffic.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School or GED required
- Excellent communication, closer, negotiation skills
- Great or familiar with marketing (Social Media, Craigslist, etc)
- Creative mind that can drive traffic through the door- generate leads
- Amazing customer service skills (phone and face to face)
- Positive mindset with a winning attitude
