Under the direction of the Healthcare Sales Organization reporting to the Director of Healthcare GPO & Business Development, and focused on increasing sales by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Focus on a select group of IDNs and key assigned accounts with broad reach for PDC within the Healthcare space
  • Develop IDN strategies and Playbook for conversions, program focused growth, gaps in coverage and targeted deployment of PDC resources.
  • Functional leadership of Account Managers in support of IDN strategy
  • Build strategic customer relationships with all decision makers/influencers within targeted IDN, and position PDC as providing a complete, innovative solution for their Identification needs.
  • Develop, communicate and implement sales plans and strategies designed to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual growth and market share expectations within assigned accounts.
  • Travel to and call on corporate offices of assigned integrated delivery networks
  • Conduct business reviews with assigned accounts.
  • Lead strategic selling initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Inside Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Support functions, etc.) related to business opportunities within assigned portfolios of customers.
  • Represent PDC Healthcare at trade shows.
  • Travel up to 50% to IDN headquarters and top Hospital Members as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare space is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a successful track record in increasing sales volume.

  • Meet prescribed deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Computer literacy (including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel extensively including weekends, as necessary.

Annual Salary Range:

(Based upon experience)

$127,400 - $159,300
