Mobile Expert/Sales Associate

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Sales Expert, you are:

• A productive salesperson.
• You understand the industry and its technological advancements.
• You know the competition, and the savings the customer will receive by switching over to Metro by T-Mobile.
• You understand a customer’s pain points, and what can be done to resolve them. You are an active listener, and you shape your sales pitch to the achieve the customer’s needs.
• You are aggressive and want to close sales. You want to achieve your sales quotas and exceed expectations.
• You come in to work everyday with a hunger to achieve your goals and make sales. You want to grow in our tiered commission structure.
• You don’t just worry about phone sales but want to sell all the accessories that come with it!
• You are a well-rounded individual, and an excellent communicator. You are efficient with time management and know how to move on to the next customer.
• You are not tardy, but punctual, and take your job seriously.
• You perform inventory audits daily.
• You ensure the store and your own cleanliness.
• You are an active team player and know how to follow instructions.
• You are adaptable and can change with the needs of the company.
• While being an exceptional sales person, you achieve customer satisfaction and ensure the customer a pleasant visit. You care about the associate score you receive from the customer.
• You actively perform Metro mandated online/site trainings.
• You have Spanish conversational skills.
• You must have full time open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We reward you for being everything above. Our compensation package is based upon performance. You must maintain a minimum monthly quota to receive the high side of the compensation. Our starting package for a full timer can put you in the range of $17-$23 per hour in your first year based upon quota attainment. We also offer a 401(k) match! Our commission structure is also tiered and in as little as 16 months, you can receive a 50% jump in your commissions alone while receiving smaller jumps along the way. Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
