Overview:
Calling mid-level labor and employment associates. Our team in San Francisco continues to outperform and as a result continues to grow. We are currently recruiting for an outstanding associates with 4-6 years of employment litigation experience, including handling harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class and PAGA actions. Candidates must have strong litigation skills, including significant experience writing and arguing motions, conducting complex fact investigations and analysis, as well as experience taking and defending depositions. Opportunities to write appellate briefs, support M&A transactions, as well as litigate trade secret and non-compete cases, are all available within our diverse and deep team. Candidates must have high grades from a nationally ranked law school and be admitted in California.
