GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
● COMPLETE THE MICRO ETCH PROCESS ON MIG WELDED PARTS MADE BY JIC OR TIER 1 SUPPLIERS AS REQUIRED PER CUSTOMER REQUEST.
● FOLLOW WI-QA-42, MICRO ETCH WI AND RECORD RESULTS ON APPROPRIATE DOCUMENT.
● ANALYZE DATA FOR POINTS THAT ARE OUT OF STANDARD, COMMUNICATE PROBLEMS TO GROUP COORIDINATOR.
● ASSIST WITH ADDITIONAL DESTRUCT TESTING FOR TIP TESTS, PROCESS CHANGES, AND NEW MODEL TRIALS.
● ASSIST THE DESTRUCT TECHNICIAN AS NECESSARY OR COVER DURING ABSENCE.
● VERIFY WELD JIGS AND ADJUST AS NECESSARY
POSITION REQUIREMENT:
● WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED
● MUST BE SELF MOTIVATED AND WORK WITH MINIMUM SUPERVISION
● MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
● ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS
● POSTIVE THINKER, CAN DO ATTITUDE, PROMOTE JIC IN A POSITIVE MANNER
● QUALITY ORIENTED, UNDERSTAND ZERO DEFECTS IS OUR GOAL
● ABILITY TO LEARN TO OPERATE MICRO ETCH AND DESTRUCT TOOLS/SYSTEM
● ABILITY TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND T, B, H COORIDINATE SYSTEM
● ABILITY TO LIFT PARTS WITH GOOD MECHANICAL SKILLS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.90 - $22.90 per hour
