Buck Company, located in Quarryville, PA, is searching for a motivated, dependable, and ambitious individual to join our team as Metal Pourer on 2nd shift. This position requires the operation of hand-controlled mechanisms to pour and regulate the flow of various types of molten metal into molds to produce castings. Responsibilities:

• Will operate ladles and handheld controlled mechanisms to pour and regulate the flow of molten metal into sand molds to produce castings.
• Skim slag or remove excess metal from equipment using hand tools.
• Transports molten metal from furnaces to molds.
• Accurately read temperature gauges.
• Collect samples and/or signal workers to sample metal for analysis.
