We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail/Grocery Merchandiser for an entry level position in the Harford and Cecil County regions. There is a focus on teamwork, including intradepartmental cohesion and interdepartmental collaboration. Duties:

As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for stocking and merchandising our products in various grocery, retail, convenience, and mass market accounts. You will be required to work weekends and drive from account-to-account to merchandise. A car will be provided for transportation between accounts during work hours. This is not a delivery position.

Essential Job Functions:

• Merchandise products by filling shelves, building displays, and rotating product
• Clean shelves and eliminate damaged/out of date products
• Safely stack and move products with equipment such as a manual pallet jack, flat bed cart, U-Boat, and/or hand truck/dolly.
• Manage backroom/stockroom inventory by organizing pallets and stacking inventory
• Interact with personnel at the store location
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers’ license with no more than (2) points
• Must be able to work full-time and weekends with a start time of 6am and a varying end time
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to perform physical lifting, push/pulling, and frequent standing/walking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15/hour base, $1.50 increase for good attendance, $1.50 increase for satisfactory audit during period = $18/hour

Bonus: Quarterly bonus for high performers
