Our organization gives you the freedom to pick a caseload that fits your life while still having an impact on the communities we serve. PMH feels it is important to honor our clinicians and is now set up on a higher pay scale with full-time benefits starting at 18 clients per week.

We offer an Applied Family Systems treatment approach that is both trauma-informed and strengths-based to care for individuals and family-systems alike. We pride ourselves on utilizing this innovative modality, that begins with each individual being assigned their own clinician, and then supporting the family system as a whole, led by a collective of talented clinicians.

When we start by addressing the individuals needs, we can help the families find true healing and meet our clients where they are at in the process. The most successful clinicians for this position are adaptable, creative, and love working with a team to address each unique situation. They must have a calling to facilitate real change in the lives of our clients and their family members for long-term generational success. Interested candidates should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Current license to practice mental health/ability to apply for candidacy to practice therapy in Montana (LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, MFT).
• Masters or Doctorate degree in a mental health, social work, or counseling related field.
• Demonstrated competence in professional, trauma-informed, and collaborative clinical work.
• Demonstrated commitment to the preservation of a workplace which embraces diverse clientele and staff.
