**Hiring Bonus** We're hiring a Mental Health Therapist I-II in Antioch, CA!

If you join Point Quest and have applied on or after August 4, 2022, you can be eligible to receive a one-time hiring bonus of $2,500.00 if hired for a full-time position! This will be paid out in one installment after completing 90 days of continuous employment.

Who We Are: Point Quest Pediatrics focuses on providing meaningful and functional behavioral, mental health, and speech and language services to students ages 5 to 22 years of age. Pediatrics strives to equip each student with the skills and strategies needed to successfully execute their academic program in the least restrictive environment possible. Pediatrics partners with contracting school districts to assist them in serving their students who qualify for services and assessments as outlined in the student's IEP.

LMFT/LPCC (Depending on relevant experience): $70,000-$85,000

AMFT/APCC (Depending on relevant experience.): $62,400-$70,000

Location: We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist I-II to provide services in Antioch, California.

POSITION REPORTS TO: Direct report to Director of Related Services, Clinical Director, Site Director, Co-CEO, or Mental Health Coordinator

PURPOSE OF POSITION: We are looking for a board registered (number assigned) Associate Marriage & Family Therapist or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. The position we are hiring for will provide therapeutic services to a caseload of approximately 20-25 students referred by the Antioch Unified School District. All services will be delivered on Antioch Unified School sites, some travel is necessary but mileage reimbursement from site to site is available.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide individual, group, and/or parent consultation services as required in each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
• May also need to provide crisis counseling as needed to students in distress.
• Document session attendance, progress notes, and communication with parents/guardians/other service providers via Point Quest Pediatric Therapies’ secure electronic database.
• May need to create Social/Emotional goals and/or assist with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) development for student IEPs.
• Attend student IEPs to provide updates on student progress and behavior.
• Completes other responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be registered and currently in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and maintain this registration and standing throughout your employment.
• Experience working in a school or treatment setting for students with learning, social, emotional, or mental disabilities
• Associates must attend board-regulated weekly supervision sessions.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance
• Pro-Act, CPI, and/or CPR certification helpful
