We are actively seeking a Licensed Master’s level professional to work as a Therapist in our residential substance use treatment facility. This position requires a license in WV and is open to anyone who currently has credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Description:

As a therapist, you will provide compassionate and whole-person oriented care through the use of empirically based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy; acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. The therapist will work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that encourage the successful development of habits consistent with a sober lifestyle.

Work-Life Balance:

Here at Clean & Clear, our goal is to provide a professional working environment that promotes a high level of work-life balance. As a therapist, you will typically work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We currently observe 6 National holidays as paid days off for our full-time staff, and these include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Full-time staff receive 56 hours of paid time off after 90 days of continuous employment, and begin earning vacation time.

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $60,000 *dependent on experience and length of licensure

Qualifications:

• Valid LPC or LICSW
• Master’s degree in Human Services (psychology, criminal justice, nursing, sociology, social work, counseling/therapy, teacher education, and behavioral health).
• Prior experience in mental health or addiction treatment is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
