Description: Mental Health Clinician Supervisor

Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Day Shift

Payrate: $34+/hour

Location: Seattle, WA & Hybrid

Do you have a Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work? Are you a Licensed Mental Health Professional?

We are looking for a supervisor with a proven set of skills in program management, including quality assurance monitoring, and reporting. The supervisor is responsible for training, supervising and mentoring staff.

The Supervisor needs to understand the nature of 24-hour work and be flexible to support staffing during evenings, nights, and weekends.

The Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of the crisis phone room and is a key contact with our community partners. This position will require being on-call once a month.

We want to hear from you if you have these qualifications and skills:

  • Master’s degree in psychology/counseling or social work or related field required.
  • Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 246-341-0200.
  • Independent or associate licensure in counseling, or social work preferred.
  • Two years’ experience working with individuals in crisis preferred.
  • Telephone assessment or help line experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills.
  • Ability to learn and use multiple software platforms, and technology systems.
  • Experience providing training both in person and virtual preferred.
  • Evidence of ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.
